1440 psi test separator

1440 psi test separator is in the center of surface well testing, which separates well fluids into three phases, meanwhile recording their flowrate, temperature, and allow operator to obtain samples. Test separator consists of main body (pressure vessel), gas metering devices, liquid flowmeters, level controllers and gauges, pneumatic control valves, as well as other auxiliary valves and instruments for full operation under various working conditions.

50-100 bbl Surge tank

Surge tanks are designed to provide secondary separations, gas-liquid separation, store the fluids coming from test separator, stabilize crude oil, and discharge to burner or storage tanks. Surge tanks are designed either as single compartment or dual compartment based on the operator’s requirements. Pressure rating of surge tanks are usually either 150 psi or 250 psi, while capacity often comes in three options, 50 bbl, 80 bbl, 100 bbl.
