Rein Process Equipment delivers several sets of well test equipment, such as 2 & 3 Phase Horizontal Separator Skid designed for 1440 psi pressure. As shown in the picture, skid consists of main separator body (separator pressure vessel), inlet and outlet piping with valves, instruments to display and transmit flowrate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level.

2- and 3-Phase Horizontal Separators are designed and fabricated as per GB150 (analogue of ASME VIII Div.1) and applicable for sour service application. Valves comply with API 6D Standards, while all instrument manufacturers ISO-certified. Two- and Three-Phase separator modules allow oil & gas processor to easily separate well stream into gas-liquid and gas-liquid-liquid phases, ensuring fast well clean-up, well testing and production of valuable hydrocarbons.
