Skid of 1440 psi test separator can be designed either for offshore platform or onshore applications. In case of designing for offshore platforms, usually skid is shall comply with DNV 2.7-1 regulations. For sour service application, whole separator module shall comply with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 or local requirements for selection of construction materials for H2S-containing environment.

Separator vessel can be designed for different flowrates and has different configuration. Usually, most of the client order separator vessel as per ASME VIII DIV 1, while other standards, such as GB150 or GOST also applicable. Our standard size offerings are:
