Overview
Some clients require extra size for test separator vessel and skid, as well as additional configuration for gas and liquid measurement. To offer the solution, we offer 48 x 10 test separator skid with additional 3-inch gas line and Coriolis liquid flowmeters as addition to turbine liquid flowmeters. This special 48x10 test separator skid has more additional configurations than conventional 42x10 horizontal separator skid. This model of horizontal test separators has larger skid, allowing more space for operation; larger separator vessel, additional 3-inch gas orifice meter, additional chart pen recorder, additional 3-inch turbine flowmeter, 2-inch Coriolis liquid meter.
As a safety measures, we equipped pressure pilots which are connected to ESD system, which shuts down line in case of high pressure occurs. Also, as mandatory components, relief valves are equipped. This type of conventional test separators is mostly used by oilfield services companies from Middle East. Usually, clients from that region require test separator skid to be mounted on special SWT trailer, which hosts another surface well test equipment, such as SSV, ESD panel, choke manifold, lab. and office cabins/surge tanks. Please note that TPS also can guide and help with trailer-mounted solutions, which will be on quality trailer base which can handle transport weight up to 60 tons.
By functioning, this type of separator module does not differ from other conventional separators, expect special sand jetting system, which removes accumulated sand effectively preventing downstream instruments and valves.
